PLAN B
7 nights/6 days accommodations in completely equipped housekeeping cottage.
DEPOSIT
$200.00 per week; $300.00 for Chalet by credit card.
PREPAYMENT DISCOUNT
Prepay your account in full, prior to arrival, and receive a 1% discount for each month of prepayment up to 10% off of the summer rate.
SEASONAL DISCOUNT
Prior to June 22 and after August 31, deduct 10%. Cannot be combined with other offers.
PAYMENT
Due upon arrival.
CANCELLATION
If cancellation notice is received within 60 days prior to your arrival date, your deposit will be refunded, less $50.00 cancellation fee. Following this, deposits will not be refunded. A "no show", or cancellation within 7 days of arrival date, is liable for 100% of the total value of the reservation. Authorization to use your credit card for your deposit indicates your compliance with our booking terms and conditions. Verbal authorization for the use of your Credit Card will confirm your
reservation.
CHECK IN/OUT TIMES
Check in After 3:00 p.m.
Check Out Time Before 9:00 a.m. (Minimum 2 nights stay & Chalet Minimum 3 night stay).
NOTE We reserve the right to limit the number of persons staying in any cottage and the right to accept or refuse any reservation.
