PINE GROVE PLANS & DESCRIPTIONS

PLAN A
7 nights/6 days accommodations in fully equipped housekeeping cottages including all bed linens and towels (one set/week), boat, motor, 1 tank of gas and boat docking.
PLAN B
7 nights/6 days accommodations in completely equipped housekeeping cottage.
DEPOSIT
$100.00 per week ($200.00 for Chalet) must be received within 10 days of phone reservation, by credit card.
PREPAYMENT DISCOUNT
Prepay your account in full, prior to arrival, and receive a 1% discount for each month of prepayment.
DISCOUNT
Prior to June 21 and after August 30, deduct 10%. Cannot be combined with other offers.
PAYMENT
Paid on arrival by cash, cheque, or credit card.
CANCELLATION
If cancellation notice is received for any part of your reservation within 90 days prior to your arrival date, your deposit will be refunded, less $50.00 cancellation fee. Following this, deposits will not be refunded. A “no show”, or cancellation within 7 days of arrival date, is liable for 100% of the total value of the reservation. Authorization to use your credit card for your deposit indicates your compliance with our booking terms and conditions. Verbal authorization for the use of your Credit Card will confirm your reservation.
CHECK IN/OUT TIMES - Check in 3:00 p.m. Check Out Time 9:00 a.m. (Minimum 2 nights stay)
NOTE We reserve the right to limit the number of persons staying in any cottage and the right to refuse any reservation.
