Sorry to all of our snowmobile friends. If you are interested in a seasonal rental for next year please contact us well ahead of time and you can book the farmhouse for the entire winter season.

There is a LOT of interest from both new and returning guests and we are doing our best to attempt to fit everyone in, however, at this point, it is the first past the post race to rival woodbine racetrack ;)
Our availability calendar will be open for general booking of week long Staurday-Saturday stays in Mid January 2022.
There are a select few spots open in July/August in 2 bedroom cabins. We still have some good availability in Sept & Oct. BUT! If you want Thanksgiving 2022 BOOK NOW.

An iconic piece of Pickerel River history is getting a makeover. This spring, the vintage waterfront building and fish cleaning house is getting a complete makeover. The Chambers family have owned and operated Pine Grove for over 50 years and this building was here previous to that. Boaters have used our Texaco sign as a point of reference helping them navigate the 40 miles of waterway. Don't worry...some things get better with age and just like Billy Chambers we are keeping it (Both the Sign & Mr. Chambers!

Due to the extensive waterfront renovation, we will be closed for May & early June. Reservations that have already booked with us in May/June you are confirmed and will have the place mostly to yourself this year! Fish Cleaning during the rebuild will likely be under the gazebo while we work to complete the new fish hut.

Wow!! Covid Restrictions in our region have kept us closed for 7 months now!

BOAT RENTAL CHANGE for 2021
***We do ask that guests have a boating license and that they bring it with them, we will have you fill out a rental form and go over safe operation with you.***

We hope everyone is having a great summer so far! We are currently fully booked until September, but are now taking bookings for Fall and for 2021. Any last minute availability will be posted to our Facebook page. No booking is confirmed until we receive your deposit.
There has been some confusion regarding sheets & towels. Due to industry guidelines we will not be supplying sheets & towels. The beds will have a mattress cover, a pillow and the top quilt. You will need to bring, pillow case, fitted sheet & flat sheet with you...or if you prefer a sleeping bag.
We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause, but we are doing our best to keep guests, staff & ourselves safe.

After months of confusion & uncertainty we now have the green light to open!

We are very happy to now be able to take reservations. Bookings are by the week, Saturday-Saturday.
There will be policies and procedures that we have to follow, and we most likely will not be able to supply linens at this time...however the ability to welcome guests back to Pine Grove has lifted our spirits today...and likely yours too!

Thinking of my parents today, and the joy they uncovered in 1971 when they "found" Pine Grove Camp, while searching for a cottage to purchase. After bottoming out their car on a road so rough it was more of a trail, they came to the Grove...and the rest is history. They did not set out to be pioneers in the industry, but my father has poured his heart and soul into every aspect of the property, supported by my Mom he gave back to Industry as President of NOTO & the local business association & on the Northern Committee of OTMP and he has dedicated his life to welcoming guests to Pine Grove, making sure their stay is warm & memorable. My father instilled this pride of place in me, the love of the land so deep that it becomes your heartbeat, grateful for every sunrise and every moment spent connected to the wilderness...committed to a life welcoming others and sharing the connection to land & family.
I carry this tradition onwards & into a new world where what we offer in Northern Ontario will be a much sought after solace to people haggard and stressed by challenges of city living.
49 years of the Grove, and while the current situation is crushing...in the future shines a light.
