​The Mini cabin (1 or 2 people only-sleeps a single or couple) can be booked for shorter stays even in the summer.

Rates & Policies

Cottage Rentals and Boat rentals are charged separately. Please note we have a limited number of boats available and preference is given to those who rent by the week. Customers must have an Ontario Boaters' License and sign a waiver to rent a boat.

PINE GROVE RENTAL DESCRIPTIONS
​We appreciate if you bring your own bedding (sheets, pillow & towels). We supply the top quilt/comforter.
We will be booking week long stays in the Summer. You may stay a shorter length of time, but we bill & block off reservations by the week.

Weekly Cottage Rental Includes:
7 nights/6 days accommodations in a completely equipped housekeeping cottage (Saturday to Saturday)

DEPOSIT
* Deposit is non-refundable*
$500.00 per cottage/week.
$300 per cottage for short stays of 2-4 nights  
Non-refundable. Due at the time of booking the cottage. No deposit = no reservation.
Authorization of your booking & payment of the deposit, verbal/email message and payment of the deposit via any means (cash, cheque, e-transfer, credit card) will confirm your reservation.

PAYMENT
Due on or before arrival.  Payment in full is appreciated 2 weeks before your stay.
We email you the invoice ahead of time and expect that the invoice is paid in full either before you arrive, online (Preferred to streamline check-in) or at arrival/check-in.
The invoice can be paid online by clicking the link in your email/invoice, over the phone with your credit card, by e-transfer.

DAMAGE DEPOSIT/EXTRA CLEANING FEES (New for 2026)
Due to some unfortunate incidents in 2025, we now have a damage deposit and cleaning fee surcharge for the first time in 55 years.
All damages to or loss of our equipment, including property, cottages, boats, motors, cottage furniture/fixtures, resulting from any guest, will be charged at fair evaluation. The damage deposit, minus incidentals, is refunded after the cabin has been evaluated and may take up to 7 days to be processed.
Pine Grove is a small, privately owned family business, and owners/management will not be responsible for accidents or injury to guests, or their property.
Excessive Cleaning Charges
We appreciate you keeping the cabin clean and not leaving dirty dishes and mess for the cleaning crew.  Please keep your pets off the furniture, damage to furniture, rips, chews, stains will result in an extra cleaning/damage fee. A charge of $150-$300 will apply if excessive cleaning of your cottage is required.  
 Please leave your cottage clean and tidy as you found it.
Our Cottages are NO SMOKING, VAPING, ETC. The cleaning fee will apply & damage deposit will not be refunded if you smoke in the cabins.

OVERDUE BALANCE ON INVOICE
Occasionally, there is an outstanding bill for incidentals at the "store" gas, bait, ice etc
If for any reason there is an outstanding balance that is not paid before you check-out, we reserve the right to process the balance on your credit card provided. Alternatively, you can pay the invoice online with your credit card or send a prompt e-transfer to [email protected]
Overdue invoices are subject to an additional 2% finance charge per month

CANCELLATION
We highly suggest Trip Cancellation insurance. 
​ A "no show", or cancellation within 15 days of arrival date, is liable for 100% of the total value of the reservation. Authorization to use your credit card for your deposit indicates your compliance with our booking terms and conditions. Verbal or email/message authorization for the use of your Credit Card or payment of the deposit by other means (cash, cheque, e-transfer etc) will confirm your reservation and agreement to these terms.

CHECK IN/OUT TIMES 

Absolutely No Check in before 3pm - (Some flexibility in the off-season Spring or Fall.)

Check in: 3:30 p.m.
Check Out Time: 9:00 a.m. 
(Cottages are booked by the WEEK. May/Fall after labor day: Minimum 2-3 nights stay ) 
NOTE We reserve the right to limit the number of persons and animals staying in any cottage and the right to accept or refuse any reservation.

AVAILABILITY ONLINE
We recently added an availability online page to our website.  Please note the rates on this page are per day.  If you book using the online system, you will be quoted at the daily rate shown. When you book a week stay we will adjust the invoice so our weekly discounted rates apply. If you prefer to just send in your $300 deposit rather than pay the amount in full, please include that in the note section or give us a call to confirm.

Boat Rentals

 We have a limited number available. Preference is given to those who rent by the week. ** 1st tank of gas included.
Guests are expected to sign a rental form & have a boaters license.

• 14' boat- 20hp Mercury 4-stroke motor, electric start, live well, fish finder, seats, storage & vinyl floor.

        $495 per week, $99 per day (3 available with hand tiller, 1 with a steering console)

• 18' Crestliner Sportsman-25hp Mercury motor, keyed electric start, steering console, padded seats, storage, fish finder * no live well. (1 available)  $550 per week $110 per day
• 18' Mirrocraft - 50hp Mercury motor, keyed electric start, steering console, padded seats, storage, windshield.                  (1 available) $700 per week $150 per day

*A safety kit, paddles & Adult life jackets will be supplied to registered users of rental boats, and they will be responsible for proper care & use.

Other Watercraft

We provide our guests with complimentary day use of a Canoe, two plastic kayaks, and small rowboat.
If a guest would like to rent a Canoe for private use, they rent for $200 per week, complete with paddles and life jackets.
